Job Summary
Care Aide delivering high-quality personal care and support in clients’ homes, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and social support. Works independently while traveling between clients, following digital schedules and care plans via a mobile app; must maintain a reliable vehicle for travel between visits. Casual role, Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm, Mandurah and surrounds in WA. Includes $46.07 per hour (incl. 25% loading), travel allowance of $1.03 per km, and a mobile phone provided. Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential
- Minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience if Certificate held; 6+ months if not
- Valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle
