Job Summary
Deliver high-quality personal care and support including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic tasks while travelling between clients' homes. Follow a predetermined schedule using a mobile app to access digital care plans independently. Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel and work autonomously in a community-based setting. This casual role is available Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm for applicants residing in Coodanup, Dudley Park, Erskine, or Mandurah. Required Qualifications
- Applicants must live in Coodanup, Dudley Park, Erskine, or Mandurah
- A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability
- Minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience (for those with a relevant Certificate)
- Minimum of 6+ months relevant care worker experience (FTE) (for those without a relevant Certificate)
- Experience working in a home care/community setting
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability (highly desirable, although not essential)
- Experience working in a home care/community setting (highly desirable)
