Job Summary
Provide high-quality in-home care and support to clients in Beeliar and surrounding suburbs, including personal care (showering, grooming, toileting), medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and social/community support. Care Aides travel between clients’ homes, using a mobile app to follow schedules and care plans, and must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. This is a permanent part-time role with a schedule primarily on Tue/Wed/Thu between 8:00am–4:00pm, offering travel allowances, paid leave provisions, and employee benefits. A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent certification is highly desirable, with experience in home care/community settings considered favorable.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential
- Minimum 3 months relevant care worker experience if Certificate held; 6+ months if not
- Valid Driver's License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle
