Required Qualifications
- High school completion required
- 1 Year Employment Experience
- Knowledge of Housing First model and harm reduction practices
- Familiarity with mental health, addiction services, and community resources
- Vulnerable Sector Check and/or Criminal Record Check required
- Basic understanding of street culture
- Reliable, responsive, and supportive team member
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ethical documenting skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain client confidentiality
- Professional boundaries
- Emergency response protocol understanding
- Ability to remain calm and responsive during crisis
- Culturally safe environment
