Job Summary
Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a supported living setting; responsibilities include risk assessments, personal care, health care support including medication administration, teaching life skills (shopping, transport, paying bills), and providing emotional support; requires Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma or equivalent; availability to work evenings and alternate weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A Level 3 diploma in Health and Social care or equivalent
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and additional needs
