Job Summary
Support adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, assisting with medication, community access, and domestic tasks. Help clients move towards independent accommodation while building strong relationships through patience, a sense of humour, and a big smile. Work in varied, non-repetitive shifts including sleep-in rotations paid at £50 per sleep, with a weekly rate of £13.12 per hour. No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required; on-the-job training and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications in Health and Social Care are provided. Required Qualifications
- Must be legally entitled to live and work within the United Kingdom
- Must be able to undergo employment checks, including DBS and references checks
- Must be willing to receive safeguarding training
