Support Worker -Spring and Stuart House

Provide support and encouragement for household, personal, and group management tasks while reinforcing learned skills and encouraging resident independence. Become a key worker for a specific resident, planning and organizing their care, and liaise with professionals and significant others. Assist in developing, preparing, monitoring, and reviewing care and personal plans, updating records on the care app, and administering medication while maintaining accurate records. Attend interviews, meetings, training courses, and staff or house meetings as required, adhering to the home's philosophy and policies. Work on a flexible basis with a rolling rota including every other weekend, receive supervision sessions, and ensure all application requirements are met.
