Support Worker - Residential Service

Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks for individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges. Tailor your approach to each person's unique requirements while tackling challenges with determination to ensure they feel seen and valued. Work within a residential service environment, applying a person-centred approach and collaborating effectively as part of a team. This role involves 21 hours per week at £13.12 per hour. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications in Health and Social Care.
