Job Summary
Support four flatmates across two neighbouring homes in Barrington by assisting with daily routines, personal care, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks. Foster independence and personal growth while encouraging participation in wider community activities and sports. Maintain clean and tidy living environments and apply empathetic boundaries to meet individual needs. Work flexible rosters from Wednesday to Saturday, totaling 50 hours per fortnight, within a supportive team environment focused on helping people with intellectual disabilities lead enriched lives.
