Job Summary
Provide support and encouragement in household, personal, and group management tasks while reinforcing learned skills and encouraging resident independence. Become a key worker with assigned residents, planning and organizing their care, and liaise with professionals and significant others. Assist in developing, preparing, monitoring, and updating care and personal plans on the care app, and administer or assist in medication administration and record maintenance. Attend interviews, meetings, staff meetings, and residents' house meetings as required, and participate in regular supervision sessions with the Registered Manager. Work on a flexible basis as directed by management, adhere to home policies, and complete all provided training.

Desired Qualifications
- NVQ 2 or above preferred however training and personal professional development provided
- Experience working with people who have mental health conditions and/or dementia desirable
