Job Summary
Support Worker Multi Skilled to assist seniors and NDIS customers to remain in their homes. Provide tailored person-centred services and activities of the customer’s choice, working alongside individuals with varying support needs. Role requires certificate and experience, strong communication, ability to work independently or in a team, and ability to travel to customers’ homes in Mandurah, WA. Required Qualifications
- Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
- Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability
- Great communication skills interacting with diverse range of customers, families, carers and professionals
- Willing and able to provide domestic assistance services
- Current Drivers Licence with no restrictions
- Reliable and roadworthy motor vehicle to travel to customers homes
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one prior to commencing employment)
- Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to apply)
