Job Summary
Support daily activities, personal care, and household maintenance for three female service users within a single household. Prepare and serve nutritious meals, facilitate participation in local community activities and day centres, and assist with professional appointments. Manage challenging behaviors using proactive and reactive strategies while ensuring dignity and respect. Cover flexible shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, including every second weekend, with the option to pick up extra hours for leave or sickness. Receive provided restraint and safety training, a UK holiday, and enrollment onto SVQ level 2.
Required Qualifications
- 100% fit bill of health
- Ability to participate in the practical elements of the course
- Relevant DBS/Security checks
