Support Worker

Support daily tasks, personal care, hygiene, and medication for service users in homes and the community. Assist with household duties like cooking, cleaning, and shopping while helping individuals maintain routines and develop life skills. Accompany users to appointments, clubs, and organize day trips, social outings, and hobbies such as arts, gardening, and sports. Maintain accurate records, follow care plans and safeguarding procedures, and communicate effectively with families and colleagues. Work independently and collaboratively to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, treating every individual with respect and compassion.
