Support Worker - Learning Disability Service - Bath, City Centre

Support Worker role in Bennett Street, Bath City Centre, providing person-centred care and community support to adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. Responsibilities include delivering core and 1-1 support, assisting with personal care, medication administration, finances, meal planning and preparation, domestic tasks, and enabling access to community activities. The role requires flexibility to work a mix of day shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights, and may involve lone working. Training (shadowing and Milestones) will be provided.
