Job Summary
Casual Support Worker vacancies across the greater Adelaide region (East, West, North and South) for Home Care & Community services with ACH Group. Provide personalised support to older individuals, assist with activities of daily living and domestic tasks, follow care plans, maintain documentation, travel between customers' homes, and contribute to wellbeing and community engagement. Requires First Aid/CPR, Police Check, and a valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle; opportunity for practical training, buddy shifts, and ongoing development within a not-for-profit health care provider.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
- A current Police Check suitable for working as a Support Worker in Aged Care (less than 12 months old)
- A current Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle
