Job Summary
Provide high-quality, person-centred care and emotional support to residents living with dementia and nursing care needs, encouraging independence while respecting individual choices. Support daily living activities, maintain care records in our digital system, and safely administer medication per policy. Become a Key Worker for designated residents to plan and review personalised care, and develop positive relationships with families and healthcare professionals. Participate in resident meetings, supervision sessions, and team meetings to foster a collaborative environment. Work flexibly in 12-hour day and night shifts at our renovated care home in Hollinwell.
