Job Summary
Support the participant in daily living by planning and preparing nutritious meals, often using a Thermomix, while maintaining a calm kitchen environment. Assist with household organisation, routine building, and community access including shopping, budgeting, and attending appointments, church, and recreational activities. Provide practical assistance and gentle prompts to encourage independence, skill development, and participation in meaningful goals. Implement strategies to reduce anxiety and sensory overwhelm, ensuring clear communication and respect for individual differences. Work alongside the participant to build confidence and create opportunities for personal growth within a neuroaffirming, faith-sensitive approach.

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Smartphone and confidence using technology
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
