Job Summary
Provide personal care including showering, dressing, and hygiene; assist with medication, laundry, and household tasks; prepare breakfast and lunch; and support physiotherapy exercises. Transport the client to medical appointments, community activities, shopping, and café visits. Work permanent Thursday and Friday shifts from 8 am to 2-3 pm, approximately 14–16 hours weekly, with occasional weekend morning and overnight shifts as required. Maintain a current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certificate, and Assist With Medication Certificate.
