Support Worker- Guaranteed hours

Support Worker responsible for delivering person-centred domiciliary care in clients' homes and local community within Cambridgeshire. Role involves assisting with personal care, promoting independence and dignity, supporting medication management per care plans, enabling community access and social activities, building wellbeing through relationship-building, assisting with daily living activities and independent living skills, and maintaining accurate records while communicating with colleagues and families. Requires compassionate, reliable individuals with excellent communication, ability to work independently, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for travel between clients and community activities.
