Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and effective teamwork while adhering to care plans and safety protocols to promote independence and quality of life for participants with high-intensity needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
