Job Summary
Assist with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, while providing domestic support such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping. Manage minor financial transactions for residents and maintain accurate written records of daily activities. Alert the Team Leader or Manager of any health concerns, falls, or emergency situations, and provide verbal feedback to external professionals as required. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to support residents in maintaining independence within their own homes.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
