Job Summary
Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks for residents with learning disabilities, autism, and physical health needs. Assist qualified staff in assessing and implementing individual care plans while maintaining accurate records, charts, and daily notes. Encourage participation in activities and community life to help service users achieve their personal outcomes and promote independence. Act as a key worker to help individuals set goals, track progress, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues. Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations. Join a compassionate team in Armagh, Northern Ireland, working flexible full or part-time hours at £13.45 per hour with a £1,000 welcome bonus. Full training is provided for those without prior experience.
