Job Summary
Support people with disabilities in daily living and personal care while planning, running, and evaluating fun, meaningful programs to build confidence and independence. Facilitate recreational, outdoor, sporting, and fitness activities across shifts, seven days a week, maintaining a team-focused approach that balances independent and collaborative work. Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies and manage documentation, reporting, and incident management with a commitment to person-centred practice. This role requires a Certificate IV in Disability, NDIS High Intensity Support Skills training, and current driver's licence. Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent
- Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans
- Experience supporting participants with intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, or complex behaviours
- NDIS High Intensity Support Skills training (Medication Administration, Enteral Feeding, Dysphagia Management, Diabetes Management, Ventilator Support)
- Experience facilitating outdoor, recreational, sporting, fitness, or community-based activities
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
