Job Summary
Join our Complex Care team as a Support Worker in Longfield. Care for a young lady with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, dystonia and epilepsy, providing mobility assistance, personal care and PEG feeding support. Engage through activities and companionship, support emotional well-being, and help with social inclusion. Duties include mobility tasks, domestic duties, personal care, and PEG feed management; requires patience, consistency, clear communication, and a valid UK manual driving licence with access to a mobility van. Full training and paid induction available; opportunities for progression within CCH.
Required Qualifications
- A background in care is required, especially PEG feeding, seizure management (epilepsy), moving & handling equipment, very good communication skills, valid UK manual driving licence with confidence in using a mobility van.
