Job Summary
Provide practical and emotional support to clients, guiding them toward an abstinent lifestyle while assisting therapists in risk management planning. Ensure clients follow programme guidelines, conduct investigations into breaches including substance testing, and coordinate transfers and referrals between agencies. Complete client intakes, assessments, and discharges efficiently, maintaining accurate records and updating client databases. Assist clients with medication reminders, life skills development, and external appointments, including transport support where necessary. Work flexible shifts on a zero-hours contract at Linwood House in Barnsley, earning £12.71 per hour.
Desired Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
