Job Summary
Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in home settings, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic tasks; provide social support and community engagement; travel between clients’ homes using a mobile app and follow digital schedules/care plans; maintain eligible vehicle for travel between visits; part-time role with set shifts in Australind area; eligibility includes a Certificate III in Aged Care or related qualification and a valid driver’s license; employer offers travel allowance, mobile phone, and employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Individual Support
- HACC
- Disability is highly desirable, although not essential
- minimum 3 months relevant care worker experience for those with relevant certificate
- minimum 6+ months relevant care worker experience for those without certificate
- valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle
