Support Worker and Community Connector

Provide daily support to build confidence, independence, and everyday living skills through real-life decision-making and routine development. Guide community engagement by facilitating intentional outdoor activities like hiking, disc golf, and bird-watching, while supporting safe participation in social clubs and events. On Fridays, transport recycling materials to a depot using your own vehicle and assist with volunteering for a family business. Maintain a consistent, trusting relationship with the person and their family, modeling respectful behavior and navigating social situations with warmth and clear boundaries. Recognize and respond to anxiety and communication differences to support emotional regulation.
