Job Summary
Support three men with intellectual disabilities through daily routines, personal care, medication administration, cooking, and household tasks while encouraging independence and personal growth. Facilitate participation in diverse community experiences including art therapy, swimming, gallery visits, and cultural activities tailored to individual interests and needs. Maintain consistent routines, problem-solve situations, and apply boundaries to support personal development and social inclusion. Work a rostered schedule including overnight sleepovers and hands-on hours, with ongoing on-the-job training provided.
