Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities in the Toddler classroom while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor each child's progress and development to support holistic growth. Collaborate with teachers across various classrooms to create a harmonious environment where students and staff enjoy coming to school daily. Maintain a nurturing attitude and demonstrate patience with young learners. Starting hourly pay is $14.50 to $16.00, depending on education and experience. This role is part of Endeavor Schools, a nation's fastest-growing education management company with over 100 schools in 14 states.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with primary/preschool students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
