Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities in the toddler classroom while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor each child's progress and development to support their holistic growth, fostering a harmonious environment where both students and teachers thrive. Collaborate closely with educators across various classrooms to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. This role requires a nurturing attitude and strong communication skills, with a starting hourly rate of $14.50 to $16.00. You will work at Atlanta Montessori International School-Cliff Valley, part of Endeavor Schools' nationwide network of over 100 locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with primary/preschool students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
