Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities in the Toddler classroom while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's progress and development to support their holistic growth. Collaborate with teachers across various classrooms to create a harmonious environment where students and staff enjoy coming to work. Maintain a nurturing attitude and demonstrate patience with young learners. Starting pay is $14.50 to $16.00 hourly, depending on education and experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with primary/preschool students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
