Job Summary
Assist front-of-house functions including labor, cleanliness, and service across Busser, Expeditor, and Host roles. Busser duties involve seating tables, resetting for guests, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. As an Expeditor, lead wait staff and cooks to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while maintaining safety standards. Host responsibilities include greeting guests, managing table rotation, taking reservations, tracking table availability, and maintaining washroom cleanliness. Follow all Health, Safety, Prevention & Sanitation procedures, provide training to colleagues, and maintain audit records. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring stamina and teamwork, with potential for heavy lifting up to 160.5lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Position requires walking/standing for extended periods of time
- Position may require heavy lifting up to 160.5lbs (kegs, furniture, etc.)
- Strong hospitality experience in a fast paced environment
- Team player with a positive Attitude
- Strong Beer Culture Knowledge
