Job Summary

Technical Support Specialist to join a family-operated IT team. Responsibilities include Tier 1–2 hardware, software, and network support; troubleshooting Windows, macOS, iOS, and common business apps (Office 365, basic ERP, custom iPad app for sales reps); managing tickets via service desk; installing and maintaining workstations, peripherals, iPads, iPhones, and approved software; onboarding/offboarding support, account setup and access management; monitoring system performance and escalating complex issues; maintaining process and knowledge-base documentation; participating in IT projects (upgrades, deployments, security); 1–3 years in technical support or IT operations; strong Windows/macOS/iOS/Office 365 knowledge; basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); AD/Azure AD, 365 admin portal, Exchange Online; excellent communication and customer-service skills; ability to prioritize tasks; A+ or similar certification is an asset.
