Job Summary
Provides administrative support to district administrators in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and facilitating administrative actions and processes. Essential functions include researching and compiling data, preparing reports and correspondence; organizing and tracking legislation or case records; coordinating and implementing administrative practices and procedures; interpreting laws, rules, and regulations; preparing correspondence; maintaining administrative records; attending meetings to provide or clarify information and resolve problems; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) year combination of education, training, and experience in administrative work or related area.
- Licensing: Depending upon assignment, a valid Florida Driver’s License may be required prior to appointment and must be maintained during employment in this class.
