Job Summary
Visually inspect customer premises for pests, rodents, and harborage points; set traps, place baits, and remove dead animals. Apply products and manual solutions to eliminate pests, including termite and lawn control, while educating clients on sanitation practices. Provide detailed notes in PestPac on findings and treatments, then collaborate with sales and quality control to resolve service and pricing issues. Perform a mix of route work, call backs, and new account starts, responding to last-minute schedule changes and client complaints as required. Ensure safety procedures are followed, maintain a clean service vehicle, and attend monthly training meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license
- Commercial Driver's License
- Clean Driving record
- Background check
- Drug test
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to apply pesticides chemicals in accordance with established regulations
- Ability to read, understand and follow chemical label instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to communicate with diverse population
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
- Ability to crawl through attics
- Ability to use a ladder to access roofs
- Ability to inspect crawl space
- Skilled in use of tools and equipment
- Physical Stamina
- Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions
- Ability to tolerate seasonal weather
- Ability to tolerate damp locations
- Ability to tolerate dusty locations
- Satisfactory completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training
- Completion of state certification/licensing process
- Completion of additional training identified by Supervisor or Human Resources
