Job Summary

Deliver raw materials and components to Blast and Brake forming operators while removing finished goods and relocating them to appropriate staging areas. Transport work sections between zones, organize job numbers, and clean workstations to maintain a hazard-free environment. Read work orders, production tags, and basic schematics to support machine operators with safe, timely material movement. Perform assigned duties including forklift operation or certification, maintain 97% attendance, and contribute continuous improvement ideas. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 12am with occasional Saturdays on the production floor, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience in a material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing support role
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to lift and carry items up to fifty (50) pounds
Ability to see and hear well enough to navigate the plant safely and communicate effectively with team members
Ability to move around the manufacturing plant, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs
Ability to read and understand work orders, production tags, labels, and basic schematics
Basic math and inventory skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Safety-first mindset
Strict adherence to all safety protocols
Proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Strong ownership mentality
Full responsibility for their work area
