Job Summary
This contract position is for a Support Technician covering shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include providing customer or technical support, monitoring the ticketing system for support requests, setting up new computers and equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and installing software. Qualified candidates will have experience in various IT support tasks including desktop support, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years Microsoft Outlook
- 2 Years setting up new computers, phones, printers, scanner and audio visual equipment on network
- 1 Year knowledge of Windows 7 and basic networking
- 2 Years installing and upgrading drivers on Windows machines and other equipment
- 2 Years installing software - Microsoft Office, Windows Servers and Desktop
- 2 Years troubleshooting technical equipment and fixing problems
