Job Summary
Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments. Execute repetitive production tasks including riveting and precision cutting of pad material while following detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate documentation. Support continuous improvement efforts within the dedicated program. Full-time and part-time availability; pay depends on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Drug and Alcohol testing is mandatory
