Job Summary
Provide Tier 1-2 IT support across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange; troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks; support cloud platforms (Azure AD/Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS); participate in project deployments; split time between desk-based support and hands-on onsite work; collaborate with senior engineers to keep environments lean and reliable; visit client sites (travel costs covered); enjoy 10 paid training days annually, certifications tied to pay rises, and hybrid onsite/work-from-home arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of AD (Azure-focused) and end-user support
- Solid grasp of Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms
- Comfort across the stack—from desktop to firewall, LAN/WAN included
- Experience with ticketing systems and a knack for making users feel heard
- A valid Australian driver’s license and your own vehicle for onsite missions
