Job Summary
Provides administrative support work in assisting district administrators in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and facilitating administrative actions and processes. Responsibilities include researching and compiling data, preparing reports and correspondence, organizing and tracking legislative or case records, recommending and implementing administrative practices, interpreting laws, preparing relating correspondence, maintaining records, attending meetings to clarify information and facilitate processes, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong data research, reporting, and presentation skills, proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and office equipment, and excellent written and oral communication abilities. Probation is six months and the role may require a Florida driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) year combination of education, training, and experience in administrative work or related area.
