Job Summary
Support Technician/Engineer at Voyis — lead live and onsite customer training, support integrations, and convert raw optical data into high-quality 3D deliverables. Travel globally for training, commissioning, and project support; develop repeatable data-processing workflows (e.g., 3D models, point clouds) and provide clear documentation. Deliver proactive customer training, act as the onsite lead with clients, collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve usability and workflows, and continually expand expertise in underwater vision technology across science, offshore energy, and ocean industries. Requires strong presentation skills, willingness to travel, hands-on data processing aptitude, project-oriented mindset, and customer-focused collaboration. Must have post-secondary technical education and 1+ years in technical support/data processing, with offshore survival certification as a possible requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a technical field covering mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- 1+ years’ experience in Technical Support, Surveying, or Data Processing
- Ability to obtain (or already hold) offshore survival certification
