Job Summary
Support team member responsible for the overall guest experience across multiple roles (bar backs, hosts, food runners, and server assistants). Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, greet guests, answer phones, take reservations, assist carry-out operations, support service and bar teams, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, and contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment. Requires physical movement; ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds; strong written and oral instruction-following skills. Opportunities for growth within the restaurant group.
