Job Summary
Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way while assisting the Deputy/Registered Manager with staff supervision and development. Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations. Participate in a shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed. This role is within an established Group with a proven track record across a number of homes, offering a rewarding career for those passionate about promoting the well-being of others.
