Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor individual progress and development to create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers thrive. Maintain continuity in educational programs during the absence of regular teachers by demonstrating flexibility and patience. Assist in managing daily operations using standard office equipment such as laptops and tablets. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement within the Endeavor Schools family.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center is preferred
