Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor each child's progress and foster a harmonious environment where students and teachers thrive together. Collaborate with educators across various classrooms to support holistic development and create a positive learning atmosphere. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 hourly based on education and experience. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred qualifications including 12 Child Development Units and prior experience with toddler and preschool students. Patience and a nurturing attitude are essential for this position within Endeavor Schools' fast-growing network of over 100 schools nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
