Job Summary
As a Support Supervisor, you will lead by example in managing conflict and supporting the team in creating a transformational customer experience. Key responsibilities include multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, supporting both front and back of the house operations, acting as a greeter, cashier, answering phones, and ensuring the smooth running of the store. The role requires resourcefulness, collaboration, and efficiency, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years of age
