Job Summary
As the Support Supervisor, you lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury retail environment, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You may perform roles such as greeter, runner, cashier, and stock-room organizer, while understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packaging/unpacking shipments, and ensuring smooth product flow to deliver a transformational customer experience. You will manage conflicts and identify opportunities to support the team, collaborating with a professional staff to uphold Tory Burch standards. The role requires flexible availability (including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends), 18+ years of age, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Skills emphasized include customer-focused leadership, multi-tasking, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to retail excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Stock-related experience a plus
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
