Job Summary
Oversee the supervision, security, and physical condition of the residential living environment for ATS continuum clients, including providing overnight supervision and acting as backup for Detox staff during admissions, crises, or emergencies. Coordinate community appointments, monitor program attendance and behavior, and conduct orientation sessions for newly admitted clients. Manage room assignments, kitchen crew schedules, and assist with crisis management and case management issues while delivering daily educational sessions and group recreational outings. Maintain a thorough understanding of current Program Policy and Procedures. Requires a GED or equivalent, driver's license, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent
- AA degree
- at least one-year experience working with substance abuse treatment clients or clients needing other social services
- current driver's license
- thorough working knowledge and understanding of the current Programs Policy and Procedures
