Support Staff Teacher Full Time

Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent, on breaks, in meetings, or completing planning time. Support classrooms throughout the school based on daily staffing needs and assist Lead Teachers with routines, learning activities, transitions, meals, naps, and outdoor play. Engage children in meaningful, age-appropriate play while maintaining a warm, positive, and nurturing environment. Follow established schedules, lesson plans, and safety procedures to ensure cleanliness and organization. Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and school leadership while remaining flexible to assist wherever support is needed throughout the building.
