Job Summary
Support Staff Supervisor responsible for supervising and developing support staff, coordinating front desk and administrative operations across Newark, OH and Mount Vernon, OH locations, managing scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and participation in hiring and disciplinary processes. The role ensures efficient workflows, maintains confidentiality, promotes customer service and compliance with policies, and travels between sites to support operations. Required qualifications include an associate degree in business/office administration (preferred) with two years of administrative support and supervisory experience; additional steps include drug testing, background checks, potential driving-record checks, vehicle inspections where applicable, and I-9 immigration compliance. Telework may be possible during emergencies or per management directives; normal working conditions are on-site with occasional travel between facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business, office administration, or related field preferred
- Two years of administrative support experience required
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Conditional hire must pass drug test and criminal background check; may require driving record check and vehicle inspection; insured under driving provider guidelines depending on duties
- I-9 compliance requirements including identity and eligibility documentation
